About Us
DMyers and Associates Mortgage Consulting is a Florida based company, providing a full array of retention and liquidation services for homeowners. A mortgage underwriter since 2001, David Myers II began considering the idea of establishing the company in 2010, which would be focused on Florida foreclosures. In 2014, the idea became a reality and the entity DMyers and Associates Mortgage Consulting was established with offices in Vero Beach and Tampa to serve that purpose.
With a unique knowledge of complex mortgage loans such as conventional, prime and sub-prime, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, super jumbo, and multifamily loans, our professionals provide homeowners with the perspective necessary to tackle a wide variety of challenges. By understanding the needs of individual homeowners, DMyers and Associates helps homeowners gain a deeper understanding of their mortgage, and assists them in leveraging that knowledge to both meet challenges and seize opportunities.
Our greatest asset is our experienced underwriters with vast years of industry experience, underwriting loans with the top ten mortgage lenders and servicers in the country. A contact person is assigned for each client to coordinate daily workflow and communicate regularly. Overall performance is reviewed by the management team; and planning and strategizing is done with the client as desired. We work in partnership with our clients to provide the opportunity to customize services based on their requirements.
